Consent can be withdrawn for future processing at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The service uses essential storage and cookies, analytics technologies, and advertising and social tracking technologies. The operator states that non-essential technologies are handled as follows: non-essential technologies start before consent and can be disabled through the stated opt-out. Preferences can be reviewed or changed through Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob initialize automatically, and the code defaults analytics and ad personalization to enabled. No working in-app tracking-preference or consent interface was found. Android system advertising-ID controls can limit advertising personalization or delete the advertising ID; they do not disable all analytics or Sentry diagnostics. Analytics
The service uses standard product analytics with Firebase to understand service operation, usage, errors, and improvements. Analytics data may include technical, device, interaction, approximate-location, and identifier information according to the selected configuration and provider controls.
Advertising
The service uses personalized advertising through other advertising partners identified at collection and advertising identifiers. Depending on configuration, advertising data can include device identifiers, interactions, conversions, and inferred interests. Available consent and opt-out controls are described in the rights section.
Payments
Payments are processed using Google Play Billing for one-time purchases. The operator does not directly store full payment-card information; the payment provider handles card details under its own privacy terms. The operator retains Google Play purchase product identifiers, purchase tokens and purchase status; Firebase Messaging token or fallback UUID used as device identifier; server-side ad-credit balance and purchased product counts. for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Some purchases are also handled by an app store or marketplace, which independently processes the purchase account and payment method.
Sharing and disclosures
Information may be disclosed to service providers and business or advertising partners for the purposes described in this policy, subject to contracts and legal limits where required. This app uses Google Analytics for Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing and Firebase Messaging; its credit API endpoints are hosted on Google Cloud run.app services. Exact Cloud hosting region and backend contractual settings were not available in this repository. Sentry uses the configured ingest.de.sentry.io endpoint, indicating Germany/EU ingestion. Data retention
The retention model is: different record categories follow the periods stated below. Records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for security, disputes, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or enforcement. Deletion or de-identification follows the stated model and applicable law. Additional detail: Video and audio files are selected and processed locally on the user's device. Output files remain in user-accessible device storage until deleted by the user. Compression-history records are held in local SharedPreferences and can be deleted individually or cleared in History. Preferences persist until app data is cleared; Android backup is enabled. Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob advertising and Sentry diagnostics are collected remotely. Sentry is configured to collect default PII, user-interaction traces, screenshots, view hierarchy and session replay; custom error context includes video names, IDs, input/output paths and FFmpeg output. Google Cloud credit endpoints receive a device identifier, purchased product identifiers and credit consumption amounts and return balances and purchased product counts. Remote record-retention periods are not specified in this repository; no fixed remote deletion deadline has been verified. User-selected media may contain sensitive information; no biometric identification or sensitive-trait inference feature was found.
Security
The operator uses encryption, selected according to the nature and risk of the information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children's privacy
The service is intended for a general audience. If the operator learns that information was collected from a child contrary to the stated audience or applicable law, it will take reasonable steps to delete it and may ask for age or authority verification.
