2. Essential technologies

Legal Policy Generator uses first-party technologies necessary for requested service, security, and continuity. lpg_session authenticates an account, rotates after magic-link sign-in, is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and expires no later than 30 days. lpg_draft binds a browser to an unauthenticated questionnaire using a random secret, is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and expires no later than 30 days. lpg_csrf supports cross-site request forgery protection, is SameSite=Strict, and contains no questionnaire answers. Local storage values lpg-theme, lpg_language, and lpg-analytics-consent remember display, language, and analytics choices until cleared.

3. Stripe Checkout

When a user chooses payment or billing management, the browser navigates to Stripe. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies on its domains for Checkout, session continuity, payment security, fraud prevention, authentication, and regulatory obligations. Stripe controls those technologies under its own notice. Legal Policy Generator never stores payment-card details.

4. Google Analytics

After consent, Google Analytics measures pages, interactions, approximate location, device and browser information, referrers, and pseudonymous visitors. It may set _ga and _ga_<container-id> first-party cookies, normally for up to two years depending on configuration and renewal. Google may process analytics data outside the Czech Republic or EEA under its applicable data terms.

5. Technologies not used

Legal Policy Generator does not use advertising, retargeting, social tracking, or marketing cookies. Customer policies hosted by the service contain no customer scripts and do not execute customer-controlled HTML.

6. Controls

Google Analytics stays off unless Analytics is accepted. The Privacy choices control in the footer opens granular settings where essential storage is identified as always active and Analytics can be enabled or disabled independently. Disabling Analytics rejects future analytics and removes known first-party Google Analytics cookies for this site. Browser settings can delete or block cookies, but blocking essential session, CSRF, or guest-draft technologies can prevent sign-in, saving, checkout, or account actions.
