Transparent deterministic generation
How Legal Policy Generator selects, versions, and sources clauses
Jitoma Solutions s.r.o. maintains a repository-owned clause library. Questionnaire facts activate compatible blocks through Rust rules; a runtime language model never writes the final legal wording.
What AI agents do
Codex, Claude Code, supported ChatGPT Work plugin surfaces, IDE agents, and other MCP clients can reuse facts already present in a project, ask for missing answers, validate the questionnaire, create a private draft, and return a review link. The server remains authoritative for validation, clause selection, price, ownership, publication, and output.
How a document is built
- Validated answers: required fields and contradictions are checked before generation.
- Deterministic activation: reported jurisdiction, product, provider, audience, tracking, payment, AI, and rights practices select versioned blocks.
- Dependency checks: required and conflicting clauses are resolved in a fixed order.
- Escaped substitution: customer values remain text in hosted HTML, standalone HTML, and PDF.
- Immutable versions: regeneration creates a new stored version instead of rewriting an issued document.
Limits and review responsibility
The generator is automated legal-document software, not a law firm. It does not promise compliance, enforceability, completeness, or suitability. Official sources, platform rules, product behavior, and law can change after the recorded review date. High-risk processing, children, regulated data, marketplaces, arbitration, or unusual cross-border operations need qualified local review.
Versioned clause source register
Official materials recorded in production clause metadata
The date shows when the cited source was substantively checked for that clause. Clauses without an official legal source, including operator-selected contract terms and common factual clauses, are driven by questionnaire answers and are not listed here.
