End-User License Agreement

2. License to the service

Subject to the Terms of Service and payment obligations, Jitoma Solutions s.r.o. grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Legal Policy Generator through its provided interface for your internal personal or business use. No source code, clause-library ownership, trademark right, or right to operate a competing generator is granted.

3. Generated output

A valid free simple download or one-time purchase grants a perpetual license to use and adapt that properly obtained policy for the described product. An active subscription grants generation rights during the subscription; policies validly generated while entitled retain the same output-use license after cancellation. You may publish and provide an adapted policy to users, advisers, customers, regulators, and service providers. You may not resell substantially unmodified output as a template product or redistribute the underlying clause collection.

4. Restrictions and ownership

You may not bypass access or payment controls, scrape or systematically extract clauses, reverse engineer except where a non-waivable law permits it, remove ownership notices, introduce malicious traffic, sublicense access, or use the system to build a competing generator. Jitoma Solutions s.r.o. and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, code, selection rules, design, wordmark, clause library, and underlying templates.

5. User facts and legal limitation

You are responsible for accurate answers, review, implementation, consent tools, user requests, publication, and actual legal compliance. Jitoma Solutions s.r.o. is not a law firm; no attorney-client relationship arises; output is not legal advice; actual practices are not verified; and correctness, completeness, suitability, enforceability, or compliance is not guaranteed. Seek professional advice where appropriate.

6. Updates, availability, and termination

The hosted service and clause versions may change. Third-party services may fail or change. No guaranteed availability, SLA, or protection against data loss applies unless separately agreed in writing. The license may be suspended for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or breach and terminates when access rights end, but a fully paid output license survives unless obtained through fraud, reversal, or material payment bypass.

7. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the licensed service and output are provided as is and available without implied warranty. Liability exclusions, aggregate cap tied to amounts paid for the affected service, and mandatory carve-outs in the Terms of Service apply to this EULA. No provision limits fraud, willful misconduct, non-waivable consumer rights, or other liability that law prohibits limiting.

8. Law and contact

Czech law and courts connected to the licensor's registered seat apply subject to mandatory consumer law and forum protections. Severability, no-waiver, force-majeure, assignment, electronic-communication, and change provisions in the Terms apply.
