These Terms govern access to Legal Policy Generator. By creating a policy, purchasing, subscribing, creating an account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If acting for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Automated service and user responsibility

The service deterministically assembles document wording from answers and a versioned clause library. Jitoma Solutions s.r.o. does not verify answers, business practices, legal status, jurisdictional scope, provider configuration, consent operation, or whether actual conduct matches generated wording. Automated selection and wording may contain errors, omissions, or fail to address laws or circumstances applicable to you. Laws and interpretations change.

You must provide complete and accurate facts, review output carefully before use, keep it current, implement promised practices, publish it appropriately, respond to users, and operate consent and opt-out tools. You should obtain advice from a qualified legal professional familiar with your service and jurisdictions before relying on or publishing output. You remain responsible for deciding whether output is suitable for your use and for your actual legal compliance. No correctness, completeness, suitability, enforceability, or legal-compliance outcome is guaranteed.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Magic-link access is personal to the verified email recipient. You must protect email and device access and promptly report compromise. You may not bypass payment, scrape or bulk extract the clause library, resell or redistribute the generator, reverse engineer beyond non-waivable legal rights, interfere with security, upload unlawful material, impersonate others, automate abusive traffic, or use the service to mislead people about actual practices.

4. Generated-policy license

For a valid free simple download, after valid purchase, or while entitled by an active subscription, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, copy, publish, and adapt each properly obtained generated policy for the business or product described in its questionnaire. This does not transfer ownership of Legal Policy Generator, its software, design, clause library, selection logic, underlying templates, branding, or aggregate know-how. The output license does not permit resale of substantially unmodified generated policies as a competing template or generation service.

5. Public hosting and customer content

You authorize processing of answers and publication of selected policy information at a public UUID link. Public links are accessible without authentication and default to noindex. You control unpublishing, deletion where permitted, and link revocation. You warrant that supplied content is lawful and that you may publish it. No uninterrupted hosting term, service level agreement, or permanent archival promise applies unless separately agreed in writing.

6. One-time payments, subscriptions, tax, and delivery

Simple policy HTML and PDF downloads are free. Public hosting costs USD 0.99 once for both simple and advanced policies. Advanced generation and downloads cost USD 5.00, making the advanced hosted checkout USD 5.99. Subscriptions cost USD 5.00 monthly, renew automatically until canceled, and cover listed account features while active. Stripe Checkout shows the binding amount, applied discount, currency, interval, and any tax before confirmation. Operator-issued discount codes may reduce a one-time document price by 1% to 100%; a 100% code delivers the document without Stripe Checkout. Stripe handles card data.

Digital performance and delivery begin immediately after successful payment. Where law permits and Checkout asks for the necessary acknowledgment, a consumer expressly requests immediate digital performance and acknowledges that a statutory withdrawal right for supplied digital content may be lost once performance begins. This does not remove any right that cannot legally be waived.

You may cancel renewal through the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except where law requires otherwise or the service fails to deliver the purchased digital output, paid amounts are non-refundable after delivery. Taxes are added or handled as shown at Checkout. Refund, chargeback, dispute, failed-payment, or fraud status may suspend the related entitlement.

7. Availability, changes, suspension, and termination

The service may change as laws, providers, security needs, and product scope change. Third-party services may fail, suspend, or change. No uninterrupted availability, SLA, recovery-time promise, or guarantee against data loss is provided. Maintain your own downloaded copy. Jitoma Solutions s.r.o. may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, abuse, nonpayment, legal demand, or discontinuation, using reasonable notice where practicable and legally required.

8. Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and generated output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, suitability, enforceability, compliance, availability, or legal result. Nothing excludes a statutory warranty or consumer remedy that cannot be excluded.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jitoma Solutions s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss; lost profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data; third-party claims; regulatory action; or costs caused by inaccurate answers, errors or omissions in generated output, reliance without independent review, failure to implement wording, changing law, or independent providers.

Aggregate liability arising from the affected service is limited to the greater of USD 5 and amounts you paid to Jitoma Solutions s.r.o. for that affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability. This cap and the preceding exclusions do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, violation of non-waivable consumer rights, or any liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

10. Business-user indemnity

If you use the service for business purposes, you will indemnify Jitoma Solutions s.r.o., to the extent legally permitted, against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from unlawful or inaccurate supplied content, your actual data practices, failure to implement generated wording, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent caused by Jitoma Solutions s.r.o.'s own breach, negligence, or willful misconduct.

11. General terms

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. Invalid provisions are adjusted to the minimum extent needed and the rest remain effective. Failure to enforce is not waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; Jitoma Solutions s.r.o. may assign them with the service or business subject to mandatory rights. Notices and contracts may be electronic. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice, while urgent legal or security changes may apply sooner.

12. Governing law, disputes, and consumers

Czech law governs, excluding conflict rules, and courts connected to the registered seat of Jitoma Solutions s.r.o. have jurisdiction, except that consumers retain mandatory protections and forum rights of their habitual residence. EU and Czech consumers may have statutory conformity, complaint, and court rights. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, is the competent out-of-court consumer dispute body where applicable. Contact the operator first so a complaint can be addressed.
